What is the Traveon Studio Workbook?
It is an Excel-based Business & Productivity Workbook with Dashboard, Tasks, Budget, Contacts, Notes, Trends, Executive Summary, and Goals & Forecast worksheets for organizing everyday business activity.
Do I have to buy the workbook with a website?
No. You can choose Website Only, Website + Workbook, or Workbook Only if you already have a website.
Is the workbook included in the $1,800 website starting price?
No. The $1,800 starting price is for the professional small-business website package. The workbook is $497 one-time, or Website + Workbook starts at $2,197.
Can the workbook be customized for my business?
Yes. Advanced workbook customization can be quoted separately when your business needs changes beyond the standard workbook.
What is included in the $1,800 starting package?
Up to 5 pages, custom design, mobile-responsive development, a contact or inquiry form, basic on-page SEO, business contact integrations, domain connection, launch setup, 2 revision rounds, and 30 days of post-launch support.
How long does a website take?
Most small-business websites take approximately 2–4 weeks after all required content, access, and project information are received.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit allows work to begin. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before launch, domain transfer, or delivery of final files.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit may be refunded before work begins. Once design or development starts, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
What happens if I am late sending content or approvals?
The project timeline pauses while required content, access, feedback, photos, copy, or approvals are outstanding, and the projected launch date moves accordingly.
Who pays for the domain, hosting, or premium services?
Third-party domains, paid hosting, premium software, and paid integrations are separate unless a written project agreement specifically includes them.
Who owns the website after completion?
After the project is paid in full, ownership of the completed website files and approved final design transfers to the client. Traveon Studio may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included for reasonable changes within the approved scope. New pages, major redesigns, new integrations, or other out-of-scope functionality are quoted separately.
Is support included after launch?
Yes. The project includes 30 days of reasonable post-launch support for issues related to the completed website.
What is included in the $99/month care plan?
Up to 1 hour of minor updates each month, small text and image changes, broken-link checks, basic website health checks, and priority support. Unused time does not roll over.
Do you work outside Wilson, NC?
